If the product arrives damaged, we can offer you a store credit or resend the item to you.

For custom sublimation products, since they are made to order, we do not offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your order. However, we can send a replacement item once you provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

For non-sublimation products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
